This device is used to transport the concrete mixture on the path of on-site concrete batching plant and a forming position. A movement is done on a suspended path situated on a suitable height above other devices, lines and production sequences which secures a distribution of concrete mixture without collision.
It enables very rational usage of a production surface and eliminates the Health and Safety dangers during the work of traditional cars. The path has got a modular building enabling individual configuration. It is possible to build paths with a lift to 20 per cent and it is also possible to create a curvilinear path (R=5m).
The work cycle of the device:
- the device is under a concrete knot where it is bacfilled with a concrete mixture,
- after having been filled, it is transported to a chosen production position,
- as it stops above the right position, a container empties itself,
- after emptying, the device returns under on-site concret batching plant.
The work cycle is repeated, next portion of concrete mixture can be transported to another
production position. The device is controlled from one point and particular work stages are done automatically. There is also a possibility of individual programming of the cycle depending on the structure of the positions. Programming is possible thanks to a special controller PLC. Speed regulation of going is possible thanks to the usage of modern frequency converters.
The device is characterized by quiet work.
Depending on customer's request, it can be equipped with the system of emptying: rotary or chuting.
Guarantee period - 12 months..
